The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Unless requested by the purchaser, Net Essence's services will normally be supplied immediately and therefore there is no opportunity to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as provided for under regulation 13.
